Your treatment plan will include a breakdown of all applicable fees, and we will inform you of all costs before treatment is administered.
If you are seeing Dr. Jones for the first time, we prefer payment in full on the day of the appointment however, if you need other arrangements just discuss with us when you make your appointment and we will be glad to help.

Payment is expected at the time services are performed. We can arrange short-term payment plans for long-standing patients, as the need arises.
Insurance
We are thrilled when our patients have dental insurance. Every little bit helps. We are not part of any managed care network, but we are very happy to file any claim forms, and submit letters or any requested information to ensure you receive your policy's full reimbursement.
We make sure the insurance company reimburses you directly. If any problems arise, we are always there to help you get the reimbursement that you deserve. Some companies take care of claims promptly while others delay payment for several months.
Our staff will gladly submit a pre-treatment estimate to your insurance company so that you will know what your benefits will be.
The fees charged for services rendered to those who are insured are the usual and customary fees charged to all our patients for similar services. Your policy may base its allowances on a fixed fee schedule, which may or may not coincide with our usual fees. You should be aware that different insurance companies vary greatly in the types of coverage available.
